In 2014, I managed to come back to school. Three years after having quite Damascus Law School following the uprising, Malmo University, South of Sweden was the perfect place to resume academic activities and to learn new stuff. Since September 2014, I am an undergrad student at Malmö Institute for Studies of Migration, Diversity and Welfare. 


Youth Related Research:

The Case For Space Project: where I serve as Western Asia researcher between May – July 2015 with the fascinating Youth Policy Community Think Tank working mainly on Syrian youth and the question of political participation. Migration & Other Research:

Guests and Aliens: Reconfiguring New Mobilities after 2011: is a conference organized by Re-Configurations. History, Remembrance and Transformation Processes in the Middle East and North Africa, Philipps-Universität Marburg – Germany. Turkey 9-10 of December 2014. Presented paper under the title: Processes of Forced Departure: The Case of the Palestinian Population of Syria, co-authored with Mette Lundsfryd, postgraduate in Middel Eastern Studies, Lund University, Sweden (forthcoming 2016)
